F1 Clamp
The F1 Clamp is an over–the–coupling type of clamp developed for rapid installation, 20 seconds to install, 5 seconds to remove, and has a universal layout for flexibility towards different control line configurations.
Screen Saver Valve (SSV)
The Screen Saver Valve has been developed to manage the concern for leaking toe valves in the lower completion.
The valve has a gas tight Metal to Metal float valve that will act as a permanent sand control barrier for the lifetime of the well.
The Screen Saver Valve can be used in combination with sand screens utilizing a check valve inflow control device (ICD). With an adjustable opening pressure, the Operator can run the screens while maintaining a heavier fluid on the inside of the string. This prevents dirty wellbore fluid and debris from entering and plugging the ICD’s resulting in longer production life.
Autonomous 3D Drill Bit Scanner and Dull Bit Grading Software
Data acquired from the scan automatically generates a digital three-dimensional model of a dull bit, which is then analyzed digitally to assess wear and damage, on an individual cutter basis and overall bit basis.
Acquired scan data can be used to identify drilling dysfunctions, and modify drilling procedures accordingly to optimize performance.
grA+de Dull Bit Grading Software
The complimentary grA+de dull bit grading software from Trax Electronics Ltd. demonstrates that the bit wear data obtained from the scan is much more detailed and suited to analytics, as well as other types of analyses, with a view to improving bit designs, identifying drilling dysfunctions causing bit damage, and modifying drilling program parameters to improve performance.

The Intelligent Coring System includes real-time coring process control with true formation evaluation data and the ability to core and drill with the same bottom hole assembly. The Logging While Coring LWC tool includes Gamma Ray and Resistivity sensors directly above the core bit. The system performs real time formation evaluation while the core is being cut. Additional sensors for Temperature, Vibration and Inner Barrel Core Jam detection are also included.
The CoDril module allows unwanted core material to be drilled away and discharged into the return mud flow. Activation of the unit is controlled from surface, allowing the operator to switch between coring and drilling mode on demand, without tripping to surface to change the Bit/BHA
